Tips for a balanced lifestyle

Take a moment each day to just sit and let go. Easier said than done, right? Start with just a minute or two after you finishing checking your email or after plugging in the phone to charge for the night. I started with taking a few minutes before getting out of the car, starting with just the end of the day and then moving into several times a day. Emptying all the thoughts positive and or negative can energize you and allow for clarity and creativity.
